When I go to http://duckduckgo.com/?q=Adobe+Systems, I see the right official site on top. Yes, http://adobesystems.com/ is on there, but it currently is not a phishing site, so are you saying you don't think it should appear at all?

On further investigation, I guess adobesystems.com is a valid "permission email marketing" site. There is probably no need to filter the adobesystems.com site itself, BUT searching for "adobesystems.com !safeoff" returns many linkfarm pages that you may want to consider filtering:
