Mozilla Labs is working on an awesomebar for FF:

We've been trying to get into FF for a while or get our search plugin promoted, but this could be a way into the product itself as some of this codebase has a chance of getting adopted.

Nevertheless, 0-click integration in the awesomebar would be cool :)

The basic level is just using the DDG 0-click API at http://duckduckgo.com/api.html

They're interested - at the very least its a cool add on. They are actively working on improving the AwesomeBar and have released a ton of updates in the past week. I'll upload a couple wireframes of what this could like like in a moment.

Is it just me, or is AwesomeBar HD just for searching and going to URLs? I mean, does it actually have any sort of live search at this point?

I think it would make it more awesome if the 0-click was in there :). The head of Mozilla Labs seemed interested in the extension in this direction at least in theory.

Also, in terms of going to URLs, the bang syntax could really be used here too.
