Most of the time I use a search engine to find answers to computer/OS questions. I am getting a lot of chinese results. I can't read that - in fact, I would like to filter those out.

Can you give some specific examples? We are working on ways to have better language settings, but nevertheless specific examples help.

Sure.

An example: I just searched for "smart capable and status bad" including quotes. The first three results are in chinese.

When I get more results I will post them here. Time to register a nickname.. ;-)

"archlinux initrd reboot" without quotes yields more chinese results...

Not seeing Chinese results here either. What region did you set in the DuckDuckGo settings?

If I set my region to china it puts almost all Chinese results. With the first search(with it set to united states region) I did get Chinese results, but if I searched it with region set to China then I would get all Chinese results(sorry that was a little wordy).
