I'm not sure if this is a problem, but on a search with Zero-click info, clicking on the second result which leads to another DDG page goes to the referrer stripper first (https://duckduckgo.com/k/?u=) You have to open the result in a new tab/window and quickly stop the loading to see it.

For example, searching Hello World and clicking on Hello World: The Motown Solo Collection first takes me to https://duckduckgo.com/k/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fduckduckgo.com%2FHello_World%253A_The_Motown_Solo_Collection, then https://duckduckgo.com/Hello_World%3A_The_Motown_Solo_Collection. This also happens for lists, like searching Hello and choosing one of the results in the zero click box.

Redirects are great, but I don't really think they're necessary for DDG subpages.

Hmm, I'm using the HTTPS version, but I've not experienced this kind of problem.
Whenever I search for Hello World, in the Zero-Click Info widget, I can see The Motown Solo Collection and its link going to:
https://duckduckgo.com/Hello_World%3A_The_Motown_Solo_Collection

It seems ok to me.
