Transifex.net. Or probably, an own Pootle installation.

I participate in localization of projects that use these. I also think these will be familiar to many localizers.

The community platform translation tool is already live and 41 languages have started -- it's working great!

Yea, I have been using it for translating into Telugu too. :)

I could not hide the translated ones (or get only the untranslated strings)—to focus on untranslated strings. So, I thought using an existing translation platform would be better.
