Whenever I search with Glims it shows q= in the search box. Is there a way to remove this?

You should have something like this:

It works, yet it does not work to remove the q= before the search.

@eric you might have missed the "?" in the Query URL. If you just add DuckDuckGo in Glims, the default url does not have the "?" ... I hope that helps.

I am also having this problem, and I haven't figured out how to fix it. I made sure the URL was correct in Preferences.

Or would just
http://www.duckduckgo.com/#query#
work?

Yeah, unless for some reason you ended your query with

.

Yeah... But in that case you could just enter it directly from DuckDuckGo.com.
