I've noticed this for a long time.

I just assumed that it was intentional on yegg's part.

I always leave it set to all as I also like to see the WOT ratings, even the Green ones.

I not sure anything is broken. I've tested in firefox and chrome.

I think when you first look at the settings you assume that favicons + WOT Warnings, will display all WOT's regardless to rating.

Just WOT (Trust) ratings and All Favicons + WOT (both) do work this way.

I think you have it set up correctly it's just not clear when you first start using the setting.

Of course I may also not be seeing what goom is seeing either.

i think my issue was i was assuming yellow sites would show up as warnings. red show up fine for me. yellow on the other hand:

I've seen this in clean profiles of chromium, firefox, and midori, so an addon is not the problem here.

If I was unclear before, I don't see any warnings at all until I disable and re-enable them in the settings. Even then, I only see red, not yellow.
