I just submitted two !bang proposals for searching folk-tunes. One is thesession.org and the other is abcnotation.com
I suggested !abc for the abcnotation site because !abcnotation seemed too long, but I thought that maybe !abc is sort of prime bang real estate and something will come up in the future that needs that bang, and that has a much bigger user base than us folkheads. !abctunes is another option.
The thread about "results by Bing" and "built with Yahoo" got me thinking a bit. It's pretty obvious now but I just hadn't realized how expensive crawling is.
I just thought it would be very cost-effective to get DuckDuckBot to crawl the links at StumbleUpon (if technically possible, I don't really understand this stuff ). That's basically because I'm pretty sure most links in SU are very high quality.
Right now when you search for #bb1907 you get a little square with the appropriate red color in the zero click box. It would be awesome if DDG also threw in some of these too (maybe with a "more at Multicolr Search Lab" link).
Multicolr also accepts up to ten colors so it would be great if you could duck multiple colors, separated by commas.
!translate is great when I type a small phrase myself, but when I try to copypaste a whole paragraph into the Firefox search bar, it changes all the spaces to those [%twenty] things and Google Translate can't do anything with that :(
