I recently set my default search to the !ducky operator to bring up the first search result, and I have been mostly pleased with the results. However, I recently ran into a strange and inconvenient issue. When I search

It brings me to this website, which is kind of relevent, but not what I was looking for (portableapps.com). To add the my confusion, when I do a simple search for portable apps my desired website is the first one listed, and Zitralia doesn't even come up. 

Does anyone have an explanation as to why this is happening?
