Weekly Update 95: The focus on programmers continues

This is a copy of our weekly newsletter for developers which you can subscribe to here.

Hello contributors,

Thanks to your efforts, the gaps on our programming IA coverage table are reducing. We highlighted this initiative in this week's blog post, together with a description for new DuckDuckGo users of the kinds of programming Instant Answers that are available. The reaction from readers has been great, showing that your code contributions are really appreciated.

Now we have lots of cheat sheets either complete or in development, we'd really like to increase the number of Spices (IAs using APIs) for things like function or package lookups. See what languages are missing here: https://github.com/duckduckgo/duckduckgo/wiki/Programming-IA-Coverage and as well making Instant Answers, another way to help is by simply letting us know about good public APIs for particular languages that we might not be aware of.

On a separate note, you also have a few hours left to answer this poll to tell us what you'd like to see in this weekly update: https://twitter.com/duckduckhack/status/715900117245517824 (or just reply to this mail, ping us on Slack or Twitter, etc.)

And on to some specific coding suggestions...
