There isn't a "one stop shop" that completely makes you anonymous. You can always be traced, but you can definitely try and use a proxy. This scrambles your IP so that it seems like you're visiting from another location. Tor is the best one and is probably the biggest. Check out torproject.org for more info.

You can always use a VPN such as Zenmate but Zenmate is an add on for some browser such as Firefox, Opera and Chrome.

Since your real question is 'in a secure way' I disagree with almost everyone, try IPSEC based VPNs, since SSL based can easily be 'read'.

So since most proxies relay on SSL connections the issue continue.

Go, purchase some servers over the world, use IPSEC VPN to connect thru them and browse the internet!.

Now, this doesn't make you anonymous or something, but secures your data (not server side).

And there is more to say but that would be a waste.
