For firefox, chromium, and safari

What URL do I feed in settings such that omnibox searches are not privacy-leaky GET requests, but instead clean POST? No, I don't want to load DDG as homepage to conduct a search albeit that is the default for each interweb browser now.

However, using GET on DDG is not a privacy leak at all (unless someone is physically looking over your shoulder and can read the address bar of your browser).

With GET, DDG adds a redirect to prevent search term leakage, rather than using POST which is annoying when you want to share a search. GET makes it easy to see where you are (you can see the query), and easy to copy/paste the URL to share a search. There is no reason not to use GET.

I strip away interweb search engine wrappers (redirects) with user script.

I would prefer to use POST via omnibox.

Chromium omnibox manager expects %s in the URL string. Is there another method to use https://duckduckgo.com/?kg=p
