This big red message ruins my experience of the page at Home > My Account > Notifications and it doesn't seem to want to disappear. If I'm not planning to add an email address to this account, do I also have to bear this message til' til the end of times, or perhaps you will do something about it? ;)

And on the top of this text box, I also see this, in gray: "Please check our official help pages and search for previous discussions before posting." Do I also have to see this over and over, or perhaps it will fade away sooner or later?
