NSFW pictures are gone??

Hello! I love DDG and I regularly use it to crawl the Web for all kinds of information: links, pages, pictures, videos. I often search for adult content as well, for I am an adult and I love both erotism and pornography. So it happened that today, as I was looking for adult pictures on DDG, I realized that the site was giving me just plain old generic, family-friendly pictures. I thought that somehow my preferences (Safesearch=OFF!) had reset, but I suddenly realized they were still OK. Turning SafeSearch ON when looking for 'naked ladies' gave absolutely 0 results; turning it OFF gave just SFW pictures.
What happened? I really hope this is just a random quirk by DDG and not a censorship wave!!
