I use duckduckgo about 1 year and I never had problem. But today I can't open duckduckgo page in browser and can't ping it (unknown host). Now I'm using a tor and don't have a problems :). Can anybody say where can be problem (ISP, russia govement, etc) or maybe somebody can say what i do wrong?

That's odd. It does sound like an ISP issue -- not necessarily intentional, they could have just cached something incorrectly.
Can you try changing your DNS servers?
Linux/Unix/etc: Edit /etc/resolv.conf with a text editor as root - change nameserver lines

Give a shot as the first (primary) server, and leave the second as it is.
