DuckDuckGo unreachable through Tor exit node

Hello everyone,

I recently received a report that was unreachable through my exit node. I SSHed in and confirmed it. Using lynx, I can connect to, Wikipedia, or any other site, but not DuckDuckGo. Pings to DuckDuckGo on port 80 go unanswered. This just happened recently in the last hour or so. I wasn't able to find another instance of this on a search, but perhaps I missed it. How could this have happened, and what can be done to fix it?
