New Member Encouragement (for current members)

Our community is dedicated to respect. At times, frustration and/or confusion can lead a community member to act against our, "be nice" policy, but it's (proudly) not a major issue in our community. The one area that this can rear its head is with new members, who often post obvious or previously-answered questions. The help docs are a great reference for every community member, to point to and to use in those cases.

It's our duty as a community to treat new members with respect. They are the lifeblood of our community and, without them, our amazing community can't proliferate!
