If I type in to google, 1000000 bytes in gigabytes it says 1 000 000 bytes = 0.000931322575
Why can't dgg do this

Wolfram|Alpha should answer that (through DDG), but that would be an easy enough goodie to make.

WolframAlpha does handle such queries already. For instance, https://duckduckgo.com/?q=2048+bytes+int...

I hope this question is solved already with wolfram integration and does not require a developer anymore if I am not wrong

Cheers

This does not calculate like 1024 MBytes = 1 GByte. It thinks 1000 MBytes are 1 GByte, which is not true.

This uses the definition of kilo to mean 1000 and kibi to mean 1024: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=1048576+bytes+...
