Questions on the internet are demanding more immediate answers. I propose that basic grammar answers are added to instant answers. All content could be taken from a respected source like the Bedford Handbook. This feature would be easy to implement since the queries are very basic and have no ambiguity.

When writing a paper and checking grammar (ex. who or whom?). The point is to simplify even further. If I have DDG as my homepage, I could get my answer without any hassle, as well as stay in one place for all research. I don't want to sign up for anything, I just want a simple, individual answer.

Sure there are sites that will check all grammar, but a simple answer on usage is a different target than that.
