Maybe using a bang to cite a link, or using a wildcard to cite a link,

Needs More Definition
This seems like a great idea. Given a keyword like "cite", this could generate a family of citation formats, as well as BibTeX format. Given the name of a particular format (bibtex, mla, apa, etc) generate a citation in that format, as well as for BibTeX.
