Using the Lastfm api and the location api, show the concerts near the user.

Can also take the name of the city so it can support querys like "sow concerts near Seattle.

I don't think it should be restricted to one source though.

Could other event sites also provide some kind of feed for this?
(as additional data rather than instead of anything) -.
having lots of events sites provide data could also help it find a more diverse range of events.

To have multiple sources of information for the same query causes issues with latency. It's best to find the best source of that information.

It looks like the old SongKick IA is no longer working, this IA currently does, so I think deprecating the SongKick IA is acceptable.

The current SeatGeek Spice is actually used to find concerts for a given artist, whereas this PR adds a Spice that shows concerts for a given location, so the two IA's serve different types of queries.
