DuckDuckGo needs HTML non-JS maps like Google used to offer 5 years ago.

I type "bus directions to Seattle from Bainbridge" and I get a HTML map, like Google used to offer. They no longer offer this apparently, how not surprising.

This wouldn't be that hard to implement. If you want a hack job just convert HTML posts into server side JS code and redirect to the user by sending a basic html navigation pane with directions.

Want me to do it?

Thanks a lot for the suggestion. All of our Spice instant answers, such as the Maps IA are dependent on Javascript and I don't think re-implementing/hacking an instant answer to not use Javascript is a worthwhile endeavour.

We do still offer https://duckduckgo.com/lite for anyone who wishes to experience a version of DuckDuckGo without JavaScript, but otherwise, we design and build our instant answers with the expectation that JavaScript is available.

Sorry to disappoint!
