Current location for International Space Station.

If someone types ISS location, then it should return the current latitude, longitude and if possible other information related to ISS.
Please let me know if it is a valid idea for instant answer, I would like to do it. I don't know Perl but I spent some time today looking at Spice tutorial as well as some code and I think I will be able to do it.

@mwm Hey, I am stuck and need some help. I got it to work and it looked like this: http://imgur.com/8S5Qo2x
Then I made some changes in code like changing name, layout etc. and it stopped working. When I check query by "duckpan query ISSLocation", it fires the Spice for relevant queries and doesn't show any error. Same thing happens on server, the Spice gets fired but output is not shown. There are just two tabs: Images & Videos.
