We already support flight lookups by searching the flight number: https://bttf.duckduckgo.com/?q=aa102

Is this what you were looking for?

actually no, just by searching "from airport code > to airport code", show flights, actually like google does.

e.g. https://www.google.co.uk/search?output=s...

Understood, yes we're certainly missing that. If anyone knows of a good API, it would be great to have.

Flightaware (http://flightaware.com/commercial/flight...) has an API I've seen suggested in a few places. 5 minute delay on most info updates but that's going to be a normal constraint for most flight tracking services.

Flightradar24.com is an incredible resource for flight tracking as well (beautiful map) but they have no API.

also when you use

https://bttf.duckduckgo.com/?q=aa102

it doesn't tell you the route of the flight, sometimes flight numbers are very similar. you assume you "know" what you are searching for but you never know...

Flight pricing and route information are two different beasts.

To return the info about who flies where (without pricing) you can use the existing Flightstats integration (https://developer.flightstats.com/api-do...)

To return pricing information, a special arrangement would need to be made with a backend provider.
