Debian and KDE bug search

A user noted that DDG doesn't surface great results for queries of the form "debian bug 763248" and "kde bug 321060".

Bug tracking systems exist for both Debian and KDE and these seem like possible instant answers. I'm not very familiar with with of these systems but from what I could tell there isn't a JSON API which is unfortunate. If one existed, a bug search/lookup would be very easy.

We could of course naively generate a url of the proper form to point towards a given bug number, but that would lead to lots of broken results, which is far from ideal.

If anyone has ideas on how we could get instant answers for these I'd love to hear!
