Function
Using the YodaSpeak API, this Instant Answer will rearrange any string of text into a format that sounds like Yoda.

Suggested Triggers:

1. yoda "..." (such that the text converted is whatever falls in quotations)
2. yodaspeak [text] (such that no quotes are needed when 'yodaspeak' is explicitly typed

e.g. I search for:

yoda "I will make this Instant Answer"

and it gets morphed to:

"Make this Instant Answer I will"

Design
Something similar to the current text transformation IAs: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=all+caps+these...

Seems like fun, but I don't see a JSON service. Looks like they are using SOAP/XML.

Mashape's API (built on-top of yodaspeak.co.uk) could be used instead. It provides a simple non-SOAP API. Only apparent issue is that it returns plain-text instead of JSON. Link to API:

Also, one could write a "pure-Perl" YodaSpeak translator there's a spec for Yodish language. Link to spec: http://www.yodajeff.com/pages/talk/yodish.shtml

Hmm, the XML/SOAP & Plaintext are both unusable. We need JSON/JSONP for Spice API calls.

The pure Perl approach sounds cool though!

Passed this along to a hardcore Starwars fan/dev for review, hopefully he'll pick it up for you!

Thanks---didn't check to see if it was JSON unfortunately. Not sure this exact source will work but the idea still can.

The dev I spoke with has reached out to the data provider and is working with them on finding a way to integrate it
