Searching for "Author of Harry Potter" should return "Joanne Rowling," searching for "Inventor of The Telephone" should return "Alexander Graham Bell," and searching for "Creator of Five Nights At Freddy's" should return "Scott Cawthon."

Great idea. I'm not really sure if Wikipedia has info on all of this (ex. who invented Bitcoin? We technically don't know).

For books we can use GoodReads API :www.goodreads.com/api/

Looks like "author of" has already been implemented.

I think that's just the About IA (which takes the top paragraph and sidebar information from Wikipedia). However, it shows that in some cases the author info is there (you can see it as "Author -- Joseph Conrad" on the About IA).

However, as <hidden> pointed out, GoodReads would probably be the best API.

I think Wikidata would be the best source for this one. Entities may have attributes like "author" or "inventor".
