A this-into-that type of converter, for example:

"1pm EDT into UTF+2"
should display "8pm"

Bonus points for highlighting the timezone(s) on a world map.

Alternatively, "1pm EDT in EEDT" could display "8pm".

24 hour clock would be great. Not many people outside the US are used to the 12 hour clock.

So should also display "20:00"

As a further suggestion, it would be nice to have this work with city names too. E.g.

What time is it in India when it is 7 AM in London
