It might be useful to along with searching for a local language, you need to add "dialect", and some kind of reference to "accent". After all as an American born in Chicago, my accent (midwestern) would be noticed as different then someone in the US south...

This is the correct answer. Official languages in sri lanka Sinhala,tamil and english this 3 language can be use any government office and private office.
North and east main language is tamil and english

western province and south sinhala,tamil and english. Every government office and Government document has in this 3 language.
