citeseer: Try to match a paper title, provide PDF and BibTeX

Using citeseer or similar, try to match the search as a paper title, and if found, provide a link to the paper PDF, the authors/date/conference and similar metadata, and the BibTeX snippet suitable for copy-and-paste.

(I originally reported this idea, then I deleted my account on a different UserVoice forum and found out the hard way that UserVoice shares accounts across all forums.)

This is a very cool idea. Will citeseer work for this or would we need another source?
