It's working for me. It looks like it will only print something for requests from AU, CA, HK, IE, NZ, GB, SG, or US, as determined by a geoip lookup.

Is it country specific? If the user has not toggled search using specific country will it still show the hotline number for their country?

Just checked the triggers. It seems if we make a slight spelling mistake while searching, DDG shows the results for the suggested correct spelling but it doesn't activate the trigger.
