I already have some progress on this. I read the original Linux fortunes file and print a random phrase.

It would be nice to identify on the results page that you're being served a fortune (either by appending "Fortune:" to the beginning of line or maybe having a little paper strip background on the fortune text). Right now the fortune doesn't stand out as much as it could on the page.
