When provided with a query like "99.982% uptime" it would provide information about how much downtime that would be per month, per year etc

Not a bad idea. Perhaps the search should be more simplified, though. I'd rather search for just 99.982 - without "uptime" or the percent symbol. Basically searching for 99.??? (any three digits after the period) should be enough to make this a unique query. Or perhaps !99.982 .
