Another bit of info that might help: In seamonkey, the search box (from red border to red border) is exactly 33px high, while it is exactly 37px high in firefox.
-- nevermind, I measured wrong. They are both about 35px.

There is a "font-size: 18px;" in the #hfih styling. If you take that out completely, it works just fine on all browsers I can try :)

Yep, removing or adjusting the width property works too

If you know what bit of css is causing it, I'll try tweaking. I tried adjusting margin, padding, and border with no luck
EDIT: I set the font-size to 17px and it looks fine, but I'll keep looking for other stuff

You might do a little thing in the settings, or have something that checks the UserAgent, but I don't think either of those would be terribly useful.
Firebug, if you mean does it work in seamonkey, i'm downloading an old version that apparently does right now

EDIT: And it works!

I found that, but the instructions are the same and they don't work :(
I had it a long time (and several computers) ago

> should I make Mosaic default to it like lynx?
Yeah, that would be great since the html version is scattered all over the page in mosaic, and not really useable.

I just noticed ducking around, ".gg is the country code top-level domain for Guernsey"
What's the difference there?

Alright, so the problem appears to be that the text in seamonkey is pushed about one pixel down (i used a screen ruler)
Many letters, not just 'g' do it, like 'j' and even a tiny bit on 'b' and 'd'.
One thought I have is that both those applications have excessively large toolbar/tab areas, and I at least have an excessively wide-screen 1366*768 with a top panel that is about 20 some pixels high

a comment on the General Rambling search launchpad and github in 0-click box 7 years and 2 months ago
Hi, I just recently (a few days ago) set up a github mirror of my launchpad project because I prefer git to bzr
Today, I remembered that github projects come up in the 0-click box, so I searched for "DOSprompt"
Unfortunately, nothing related to my project came up anywhere. not even the launchpad page which has been there for about a year.

The github part I understand because it may not have had time to index my project either, but isn't there 0-click support for launchpad? If not, could you please add it?
also, I think there should also be support for github-pages (eg. http://crazedpsyc.github.com/DOSprompt/), although I don't think they are searchable, so I don't know how.

By the way, I think the clear button in the search box is awesome!
