Life has lots of surprises. It didn't really happen that day. I'll reply later today, thinking that a "random beer" is a good start with this api

Sure thing, at the quack and hack event today i'll start a branch on my github and post it here so we can collab easier. Still interested, yes! Just haven't had a great amount of free time lately.

I built a *working* prototype for random beers using the brewerydb api. Does anyone want to sync to talk about this series of IA's?

The brewerydb api was also updated recently:

One of the updates was adding the /beer/random and /brewery/random endpoints.

Maybe we could start with one of these?

Thanks @zac and @ScreapDK for the enthusiasm!
I'm currently thinking it may be better for this to be implemented as a Fathead. Perhaps you have some input on that. I'm contemplating how it could be possible to gather this data and am entertaining the idea of gathering the data from duckduckgo.com/goodies. I noticed that each of the goodies are contained within the <div class="widge">tag. I suppose we could gather what we wish and present primary query examples for the requested Goodie or a random one if none is supplied. Maybe there is better way of handling this internally, since we aren't consuming any external API or looking to an external source? (@Jag)
